Help out at the volunteer orientations by helping with setup, providing information to volunteers, and running the t-shirt table. At the t-shirt table, you will hand out t-shirts to those who have signed up to work at least 3 shifts at Festival. That means turning down those who don't meet the criteria, or suggesting they head over to the scheduling table to sign up for more shifts. Skills required: detail/list-oriented, friendly with a back-bone.
